Ruth Modica. Thank you for this video. I suffer with my nerves and anxiety and so I play this video to help me sleep at night. I find it extremely calming and I love watching the fish and all other underwater animals doing their thing. They are fascinating and relaxing to watch. I find Some of their moves can be quite funny at times too and I love them for that.

Once again , you’ve captured exactly what I gravitate toward every night ! I always listen to underwater ocean sounds and there are very few on here that have truly captured them with such lovely detail !!!! You definitely are a blessing for me. Thank u so much for creating such wonderful and beautiful visual and sounds . I enjoy them so Much ! I love seeing the little clown fish weave thru the anemone haha ! It is a beautiful example of symbiotic survival , as it relies on the anemone and is able to rub against the jelly like substance or coating to protect it from the danger of the sting and It is so very well captured/ designed. I for many years continued to search in KZbin , hoping to find sound like this , ( beneath the water ) jn long enough video , for me to fall asleep & it finally happen haha , I begin to see a few here and there , as so many would consist just of small Video , maybe diving into the water and I could just still appreciate some of the lovely sounds and enjoy the oceanic life , but for many years , nobody wanted to get brave , I guess haha and make a long video for the purpose of enjoying as one may sleep ... I finally start to see little by little , more attention in this category and have very much enjoyed as more unique and familiar ,as well as nostalgic sounds/ designs AND also many conceptual elements, very new and innovative to either add to or stand alone among the works such lovely friends here have created. Xx I do not know any of you personally , but I will consider you as friends regardless .. it is the work of your hands and heart and mind that has become nightly part of my life too , so of course I will consider those who have been that blessing for me , a friend and no less! I remember when BBC finally decide they want to make ten hour video of compilation of oceanic sounds , as well as underwater footage and while it was one I really enjoy ( uh don’t get me wrong haha ) it is not loud enough and many of their attempts at the ten hour nature sounds have caused me to become startled and to have anxiety , as they simply clipped footage together and looped it , having no smooth element to the editing process in which many times , there are places with loud noise or maybe some big animal having conversation idk , but it would occur directly after I would be relaxed enough and think ok , i can now go to sleep and then it happens. It is so important to even think of these as a form of music , all their own where any lifts and falls should only build and then pull back in such a way that is never rushed or abrasive or chaotic .. and just allows for uniformed waves of intensities or crescendo / decrescendo to occur ., but many channels will only work to provide such meticulous detail in some areas , neglecting in other aspects which can be the difference of just a small bit of time in editing , that difference becoming what makes it either stand above all else or be lacking and leaving someone wanting to see or hear something that is missing , where otherwise that one element would tie ev thing together in beautiful harmony and have resounding effects of very positive nature. Anytime ppl just throw clips together without some order to it, it takes away from what could be a fluid , and almost idk how to call it - just where it pulls someone in, somewhat entrancing Maybe? Which for sleep video , that helps to have even those details provided bc even The cadence , pulse and vibe of the timing In which images are introduced and fade into the next can offer a subconsciously felt tool that adds to someone being able to adjust along with viewing , their breathing pattens and heart rate , which will help induce sleep cycle quickly and effectively and allow for production of endogenous chemicals produced by the body , to allow for signaling that ok , it is time to sleep , just by the rhythm and vibe present .. if I were to create anything of this nature , I would play with those lines and implement sight and sound as an undercurrent to draw someone into the little world Being shared , along with perhaps use of specific frequencies to stimulate brainwaves and allow for transition and descent into the sleep cycle , though I’d never do so a way that was obviously felt , but Lightly , slowly introduced , just where it was felt , a low hum or waves of energy that took the design and the sounds into this kind of lush and pull but in harmony with one another , one pulling the other and then giving energy to one another In a way where when someone stepped away form it, they’d slightly feel maybe this little buzz of warmth and very faint euphoria , similar to idk maybe that of how a baby cat feels curled up against mama As she purrs a low rumbling hum, with cadence that is of rhythmic design and intensity driven, to the best of her heart and her breathing , which she would be flooded with oxytocin and endogenous morphine , simply at bonding & provide and stimulate warmth and comfort even in the sound she emits to produce calm and security ... I know if one were to think in those terms about it , they’d know what I am saying or expressing to be felt , by way if description the best way I can anyway haha ... your work often has a depth and resonance , with good low frequencies that are woven in and out , which esp is lovely when it is something like snow storm and wind video. I appreciate that... i would love to see more played with binaural effect of deeper frequencies with diff intensities that swirl around into the ear and around the headspace , during big snow storm and perhaps rumbling of thunder as well , I think it would be lovely ,. I always image where would I want to send and direct sound exactly if I were to not be allowed to touch , but were in a sense giving massage to stimulate and heighten senses , pertaining to ears. , headspace , temporal region, face and neck , paying attention to intensity and lightness mixed , like a symphony of energy ,, delivering sound in such a way that would stimulate the brain to be entrained to actually feel as if they’re being touched by wind, when eyes are closed and hearing sounds from all angles directed with purpose to specific locations to heighten the experience but the ppl make binaural vids attempting to elicit response; nobody has done before what I know they’d enjoy if I could demonstrate .. I do not have the equipment to do it but I know ppl are capable and I been waiting so long to hear someone produce it in such a way ,, ppl come close but they only think to make sounds be in different places , not caring to direct them where they want to resonate & how that exact point can send explosive amazing energy throuout the entire body .. bc we are dealing with many nerves and pathways ! It would be amazing to have someone think more into focusing sounds from angles of origin to exact points desired , to allow for such an experience , idk that many ppl making use of binaural effects ever fully commit themselves to & they are missing out. It is like binaural defects haha 😂. Anyway if ever you would consider trying that in subtleties , beneath sounds of rain snow or water omg please let me know n I will listen and happily promote it for u best i can. Thank u. U make lovely works , as why I am saying. I hope I am making sense. It’s hard in text & I am not sure how I am to be perceived in my description haha sorry long text.

@Kri MD Dear Kri MD, thank you for your great comment. I am very happy that you like the video and the sound. I also put a lot of energy and effort into this and all of my other videos. I myself use this underwater sound almost every day to fall asleep and leave it on all night. That's why I decided to produce my videos in eight hours. Because I like to hear the sounds of nature all night while sleeping. I hope you like my next videos too and would be happy to read from you again. I wish you a good start to the week. Looking at these clips. it makes me want to cry, realizing that some people might never know what a coral reef is. If we don't stop global warming, it might all go. If we keep fishing the way we do it will go even faster. I look at the coral and so much of it is dead. I remember blue planet, the first one, the oceans and corals were alive, but in these clips, there's so much white and grey, dusty sand is everywhere. I really hope we can do something about these seas, but with the way we are going right now, with our plastic and our meat and food production, that causes a lot of global warming, who knows if the next generation will even know what a Coral was.
@RelaxingGuru
@RelaxingGuru 3 жыл бұрын
I can only agree with you. But the healing power of nature is often underestimated. The latest findings show that the coral reef has certain protective mechanisms and regenerates itself. It adapts and always finds new places to grow. It disappears in one place, something new arises in another. This is also the course of nature. Everything changes. Of course, humans are also a reason to change, but nature is stronger than humanity. That we throw too much trash in the oceans, I don't think anyone will deny that. But the problem will be recognized by mankind and in time there will be better regulations. We live in a world where we can share all ideas with the whole world. We can also use the human mind to solve all man-made problems if we want!

Chris D' Van-Hilton omg it is so lovely ..., I been listening to sounds like this for many years to sleep at night ... and the headphones do make wonderful difference.. at least now , however , phone is able to have better ,richer sound , allowing for studio surround sound element , even with such limited speaker access ,, I’d have hated to only have equipment from not that many years ago , to listen to these lovely sounds hahaha ! That is likely one of the only few things I enjoy about the modern tech. In this world .,, as honestly , the internet & all these devices have had very adverse effects on the world , on communication and connecting in ways that human beings should not allow themselves to lose sight of ..,, but while I only use KZbin for any entertainment on my phone and only watch nature documentary or sleep sounds / frequencies etc , omg the tech we have available makes for wonderful enjoyment with the level of quality able to be presented and the distinct quality of sound and sight combined is very nice !! Haha ppl will make fun when I am so limited in what I will watch or do or listen to , but I do not have the time as many may, to enjoy these equipments / phones / iPad , etc ... omg , it would be nice haha. The only apps besides KZbin are all medical apps to assist in patient treatment and streamline any useful info necessary,.. but I still enjoy to watch my documentaries and sleep videos haha. It is really the only things I have time for but I love to sleep when I can and both of these types of content allow for that haha. Uh i can not say how many times, especially with older nature documentaries , that i find myself falling asleep before i can even watch the film haha 😂. Many I have had to watch multiple times to fully see entire film 😂. As far as sleep sounds go, underwater sounds are one of my favorite and i believe all humans gravitate toward this in some aspect ,,, while in utero, we are living amidst the lovely comforting warm and secure muffled or muted sounds of the fluid( I will just say ,instead as idk how ppl view the idea of really thinking about the comfort of hearing blood flowing haha but it is what it is ) and the sound of mamas heartbeat , breathing sounds and the rhythmic motions as she walks around and we gravitate toward finding that same feeling and sound , by way of underwater sounds and different colors of noise frequencies , etc. and Perhaps not just due to our innate pre birth experience, but that we are made of 70% water much like that of the entire world , as we are all part of the balance and cycle of all life in which we share elements of within our own makeup , so people are drawn to this lovely comforting sound .,, I know some may have found it odd that I’d have ever listened to content that we’d supposed to mimic sounds heard inside the womb, most often labeled as some mechanism to help babies fall asleep. along with heartbeat / rhythm sounds designed for newborns to Mimic that of mama , but I’ve always been drawn to that rhythmic cadence in order to regulate my breathing and HR and induce sleep when i struggle to sleep for so many years. I never had the bond with my mama that a baby and mother should most definitely have without ever a question ... so it wasn’t necessarily connected with that sense , as it would just be a familiar sound and feeling that everyone in some form or another is able to resonate with when hearing ,, but the very ones who found that odd now listen to the sounds as well , so 😂 🤣 😆!!! Ppl are missing out if they do not. I had many times when I missed out ,, when my partner has snored and omg i cannot stand the sound of anyone making noises when I try to sleep .,, it is like the worst thing Anyone can do. Between that and any loud background noise and I am so glad to have sounds to drown those things out .. while I despise sleeping with headphones or ear pieces, I will do it to avoid the noise that will keep me awake. Omg too many years went by , of sleepless nights , as well as me deciding omg I must get up and relocate to other room just to sleep.,, then only to find that omg I am awake and can’t sleep at that point after being frustrated and forced to make the decision in order to sleep at all. If I’d have thought to create any content of this nature not fern that fsr back, I would have enjoyed that very much. Bc before anything was made available here on YT to listen to , I would constantly use a sleep machine when possible , yet didn’t have the option for headphone use so it’s hard to fully drown away negative noise if u can’t isolate it 😂. Anyway , I love this vid. I have so many saved into my playlists here and there but mostly , other vids are not as rich in sound quality and not as loud and do not show the beautiful underwater scape or animal life and this is my favorite part to enjoy !!!
