Too many for a quick yt comment 🙂 It depends on your experience with other pieces, but the most important tip I can give you is this: learn the melody (the highest notes in the right hand when more than one note is given). Ignore all other notes and just play the melody until that feels comfortable. Sing along. Play it along with Taylor. Make it sound beautiful. Think of the lyrics as you play it. That will help with the phrasing and the accents etc. Once that is easy, add the bass notes (the lowest notes in the left hand, usually on beat one of every bar). That will give you all of the basic harmonic information and shouldn’t be too difficult. The next step is taking a close look at the left hand alone. Recognize repeating patterns and practice those in isolation. Again, once that’s easy, combine it with the melody from the previous step. Lastly, add all the layers in between. I usually use harmony notes with my right hand thumb or full chords with the right hand to give the melody a richer sound. This process is basically how I learn and arrange tunes and I highly recommend doing it this way, as it’s the most musical (and also fun) in my opinion 🎶

Obwohl Taylor Swift gewiss mehr als ein Original ist, erinnert mich dieser Song von ihr zumindest stimmlich stellenweise stark an Sinead O' Connor, deren Songs mir in früheren Jahren sehr wichtig waren. Es ist ja schon fast fad, wenn ich immer das Gleiche schreibe, aber es trifft mal wieder zu.... ein wunderschönes Original , getoppt von deiner Klavierversion.... Riesenlikeverdächtig! 🎼👍🍁
