One of the best: Old area, Much old houses, a Lot of green spaces, a good mixure of homes, museums, shops and other biuldings, Avery good mixure compared with a lot of new area, with very modren and to big hoses without any shops, synagogues and restaurangs etc etc. From a big lover of Israel have only been 47 times in the land ans wish 47 times more.

I LOVED this walk...this neighborhood has so much personality! One of my favorites in the city! I first discovered it in '68..not fashionable yet..kind of a sleepy area in a sleepy city which was just beginning to discover itself, awaken and grow....it was wonderful even then.. I would go to a small Cinema called the Smadar (I think.)...I would also walk along the Ottoman era Train tracks to the little station..We've seen how the restored Old Station area has become so beautiful, but I had only read that a linear park had been created where the railroad right of way had been....they did a magnificent job of bringing greenery and life back to an underused area! Nice to see most people are wearing masks..and how life is returning to the shopping district (cool listening to the old woman singing prayers!) Also very comforting to hear you speaking Hebrew and interacting with people!

A year ago today my mom , brother and myself visited Jerusalem. I celebrated my birthday over there. Watching this made me so happy at the same time miss Yerushalayim. Thank you for sharing your video. God bless you and Israel!

What a beautiful neighborhood. Jerusalem is on the same level as Rome, Paris, Prague. pity it is one of the poorest and most religious cities in Israel, and the young and secular population leaves it
