Plane rides at night are so chill and relaxing. Everyone’s just really quiet or asleep. And then if it’s still night by the time you’re at the airport, the atmosphere of the airport is so laid back at the time. Like it’s the best. I love traveling sometimes lol. Anyways, happy sleeping!

I was a flight Attendant for many years and flew international long haul flights up to 14 hours a sector and when we would get our crew rest period and go to our beds ( usually upstairs on a 747) that noise used to drive me mad and that with the turbulence always kept me awake but now when I hear it , I love it. I got into these sounds from when I was younger, me and my twin sister would go to work with my dad. He used to own a warehouse where there was a massive fridge unit, me and my sister would sit in there freezing cold listening to the fan. We would never stay too long in case we actually froze lol!
