I love just about all of these. I've listened to them for about 6 years now and I have gotten several other people to listen to them also and they said at the start they did not believe they would ever benefit from them but after they started, they saw the results that I saw that's kept me coming back every time I get to full of the world's negativity I can listen to these subliminals and it gets my brain and health back on a positive note. I think it's different for everyone. It depends on how programed you are. Listen to it everyday. If you can do it at the same time, that's even better. Like make it apart of your life so you are consistent. I noticed I start to get amazing changes, then I'll stop doing them. Then the changes stop because my old beliefs come back. After awhile it starts to make sense and you will attract people who already think positive. Hope that helps! 🥰
