How to Blend and Layer Colored Pencils

An example of layering and blending with a high quality colored pencil versus a budget quality pencil. For the high quality example I am using the Prismacolor Premier pencils which are by far one of the easiest pencils to layer and blend. For the budget pencil I use the Cra-Z-art colored pencil from Walmart.
