Pride Of The Raven Flute Band parading through Belfast at the 35th Anniversary UDR2 Memorial Parade held in the city on Saturday 25/02/2023. The parade is held annually in memory of Pte. James Cummings (LOL 1934 Johnstons Golden Star) & Pte. Fred Starrett (LOL 1310 Banner Of The Cross) who were murdered by republican terrorists on 24/02/88. Both were on duty serving members of the Ulster Defense Regiment and were killed when the IRA detonated a bomb hidden in behind hoardings on Royal Avenue in Belfast during the building of 'Castle Court' shopping centre.
