Annual research conducted by the American company J.D. Power, both in the US and around the world, include an analysis of problems encountered during the first three months of operation (IQS rating). Data for 2022-2023. This ranking analyzed the responses of more than 84,000 new car buyers. Based on the results, the number of problems per 100 vehicles (PP100) was determined. A lower score reflected higher quality. The average reliability score is down 18 points from the previous year, with only nine brands improving the quality of their machines. Still, the main reliability issues are related to multimedia systems.
