How to determine a message is poisonous and how to ACK them if the application crashes?

It's poisonous if you keep crashing when you receive it. Service Bus has a mechanism for handling them with dead lettering. It will deliver the message to you a maximum number of times and then move a message to a dead letter queue. This should be considered a red alert for your application as you don't know what's been missed in that message. You can alert on the dead lettering of a message with Azure monitor.
