Yeah even i am thinking about porting into budget friendly network. Jio s customer care is shit. I tried their app as well as their cust support on call and both of them were unable to help. The internet speed in my house is only 1.2 to 1.5 mbps precisely. They dont register the complaint about a customers issue rather they only take feedback and give non sensical excuses about everything. Also their customer agents will not transfer the call for survey at the end(bcz they know they did not resolved the issue). Somehow I tried to mail the issue to them with all the screenshots and required details. And still they will respond to me with "required exact house address." Then i literally also gave them my gps location and they responded, that it will take "120 days" to fix the "internet speed issue." Pathetic lmao. PS : most of the time internet speed is 1 - 2 mbps only and my location is in tier 1 city.

One thing I would say about their grocery stores in Pune is that, they are never fully stocked, Their employees are mostly local chapris who does not care about customers, And the last thing is their ac's does not work or intentionally kept off which makes the visit to their stores unbearable during summers. Price wise they are similar to DMart but Amazon fresh also offers similar pricing so why would I visit their stores when I can just order everything sitting at home.

Bhai bhai, comparing retail turnover with service-based turnover and their profits is not correct. Revenue and profit are different in each sector. For example, a doctor with a revenue of 50 lakhs may have a profit of 40 lakhs because the overhead costs are relatively low. On the other hand, for a retailer to earn a profit of 40 lakhs, they would need to generate 2 crores in sales, with a purchase cost of 1.6 crores (this is also based on very high margins). So, my point is that revenue and profit should not be directly compared across completely different industries, as the business models and cost structures are not the same. Similarly, in industries like oil and chemicals, revenue tends to be higher, while in digital businesses, the profit margin can be much higher with lower turnover :))
