Thanks for the video. BTW the Relic was made for Fossil. My model is ZR15486, I did the first battery change, in it was a Maxweii SR916SW. If you cross-reference it shows as an Energizer 373. Since I have 6 screw-back watches I picked up the tri-pin watch case opener. It makes life so much easier. My wife took her watch to one of those carts in Port Authority (NYC), to have her battery changed. It stopped working within 2 days. I open it up and I think there may have been a plastic piece which wasn't put back. I can only suspect as I never opened her watch and it was really loose. The think metal contact was all bent up, it was really mangled. I guess someone has to do that job, but there is no skill in the US anymore. People will shamelessly take money to learn their way though meanwhile destroying your stuff.

ok. thanks for making this video. I have the same watch plus about 20 more various Relic watches. When I open it up I'll let you know how that white plastic piece compares to yours.

Yes she broke the crossbar on the plastic protector of the battery. They are a little tough to unscrew sometimes bad grow sometimes but you can use needle nose pliers you can also use Blunt head scissors. And I noticed on my watch that the number below the model number There's 251005 but on the watch band where you would switch it together it says 252002 so maybe those numbers have to do with How many were made. And I feel very lucky that when I worked in Cameron jury it came out I cared enough to know how to do anybody's watch and replace the battery I made friends with jewelers in order to totally get understand how to do those particular backs But most of these stores derm players really don't care at all and it saddens me
