Plastic production cannot and should NOT be stopped. Plastic products are very important in areas like Medicine, Automobile, Consumer goods etc. Plastic is a low cost strategic byproduct.. We have to keep a check on unwanted domestic consumption of plastic in India.

Yes, Indian constitution provides the right to a citizen to follow any religion. You can legally change your religion. Please consult a lawyer- he/she will explain the process. You need to perform the religious ceremony and change details in the government records/gazette

Sir if suppose a Christian named educational institution, talks about Christianity while taking subject based classes, Does it become against to law? Can we take legal action here? I feel it distrubs the class hour..and against to the interest of students Students have come there not to listen religion based lectures but to get coaching on the course for which the institution is there In such case what can be done sir?

You have the right to initiate legal action if any educational institution is breaking the law and imparting religious instructions illegally Kindly go through article 28 of Indian Constitution. You will get a proper idea 28. Freedom as to attendance at religious instruction or religious worship in certain educational institutions (1) No religion instruction shall be provided in any educational institution wholly maintained out of State funds (2) Nothing in clause ( 1 ) shall apply to an educational institution which is administered by the State but has been established under any endowment or trust which requires that religious instruction shall be imparted in such institution (3) No person attending any educational institution recognised by the State or receiving aid out of State funds shall be required to take part in any religious instruction that may be imparted in such institution or to attend any religious worship that may be conducted in such institution or in any premises attached thereto unless such person or, if such person is a minor, his guardian has given his consent thereto

So if an educational institute is private Do they have the right to talk about their religion during class hours? And for the morning prayers ..all are made to say their religious prayers Apart from this religious matter They make only female students to clean and sweep the classes though its a Coed couching institute I felt this as gender discrimination Here also can we take any legal action?
