"Reliving the Unforgettable Maharashtra Tour: A Journey of Endless
Take a trip down memory lane as I reminisce about our incredible Maharashtra tour that took place Last Year from 12th to 22nd June 2022. Join me, along with my parents, as we embark on an exhilarating adventure filled with remarkable experiences and cherished memories.
Our journey commenced on 12th June 2022 when we boarded 12752 Jammu Tawi Hazur Sahib Nanded Humsafar Express, , from Ludhiana Junction to Malkapur.
On 13th June, After a restful night onboard the train, we arrived at Malkapur on 13th June, ready to explore the wonders of Maharashtra, we reached Malkapur with a Delay of around 2 Hours. and from there, we set out to explore the captivating town of Khamgaon, located approximately 50 km away. Despite a long journey, we made sure to take breaks and rest along the way. On reaching Khamgaon, we checked into our comfortable accommodations and recharged for the adventures that awaited us.
The 14th of June took us to the enchanting Buldhana Wildlife Sanctuary, nestled around 30 km from Khamgaon. Despite a small hiccup on the way, our determination led us to experience thrilling Trekking Adventures on a small Hill on our way back to Khamgaon left us in awe of nature's beauty.
Continuing our exploration on 15th June, we headed to Shegaon with the intention of visiting Anand Sagar Amusement Park, However, fate had other plans, as the park was unexpectedly closed. Undeterred, we redirected our path and turned towards spirituality and visited the serene Shri Gajanan Maharaj Ji Temple in Shegaon. After seeking solace and tranquility, we took some time to rest and unwind at our accommodations.
On 16th June, our journey brought us back to Malkapur, but this time, it wasn't the railway station that captured our attention. Instead, we visited the holy Gurudwara Sahib Shri Kadam Sir Sahib, located in the heart of Malkapur. After paying our respects and soaking in the spiritual ambiance, we took a well-deserved break to relax and recharge. En route, we made a stop at Nandura, where an awe-inspiring 110 feet high statue of Hanuman Ji awaited us.
The 17th of June offered an intriguing adventure as we explored the site of an old Iron Rolling Mill situated in the MIDC Khamgaon. Later that evening, we headed to the Shegaon Railway Station to , 12860, the Howrah Junction to Mumbai CSMT Gitanjali Express, which would take us to our next destination-Nashik.
After a delay of 9 hours and 30 minutes, we arrived at Nashik Road Railway Station on 18th June at around 2:30 p.m. Excitement filled the air as we embarked on a journey to Panchvati, a historical place in Nashik. We visited Sita Gufa and indulged in thrilling adventures at the Zonkers Adventure Park, participated in activities like Go-karting, ziplining, and various other activities alongside my Cousin brothers. Our exploration continued to the majestic Gangapur Dam, one of Nashik's prominent tourist attractions, before finally returning home to rest.
