Yesterday i played with riftmaker heartsteel and jacksho and armor boots (i was against hard ad team) Then i bought sunfire and thornmail as for runes phase rush manaflow Transcendence waterwalking and for secondary slot i go with cheap shot (IT DEALT 2000 TRUE DAMAGE) and relentless hunter (1 cooldown 2 adaptive force 3 scaleing hp) it was epic

Well, you always want to take as many shortcuts as possible. Walking takes a crucial amount of time, so if you can save time that way, especially if simultanously hit monsters, go for it :-)
