Something I really like about seeing this process is that yes, I'm sure it's very time consuming, but there's also a zen to it, especially when you're doing it for yourself and not for some dork who gets paid more than you for telling you you're doing it wrong. Seems like a very relaxing pastime that you can go do whenever you have spare resources and time and come away with plenty of ammo stockpiled for when you decide to use it.

@@S4LT3DD I would not risk buying and especially selling repacked ammo. For the seller it is a huge liability and who’s to say your customer might not pack himself a hot one and blame it on the ammo he bought from you. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Not to say that when done properly as this guy is that the ammo is not safe, it is a lot harder to go after the seller for a bad round coming from a manufacturer than an individual

What an amazing mount of a Gemsbok! I was born and raised in Southern Africa and hunting these guys was a prize! They’re strong animals too. I once saw one put it’s horn through my grandfather’s radiator after it had been shot with a 30-06. Charged the truck and put its horn through the front like it was butter. We had to walk 10 km back to town and have the truck towed home. HahahHa. It’s a memory I will never forget and I cherish it for life.

Without slowing down to demonstrate the process, how long does it take you, with the latest equipment like you have (I used to do this old school) to prep and reload these '50 cartridges? Excellent video btw.

@@AaronWhitaker01 I appreciate your response back. I'm an older citizen and a number of geriatric ailments prevent enjoying a lot of beloved activities. As I recall, and I am not sure if it's the most reliable, it would have taken me 2 1/2-3 times that much longer on a good day and sometimes longer than others and besides it was a part time hobby. I liked using my own loads for Elk, Mule Deer and the occasional prong horn due to the long distances I would probably encounter. For smaller white tails a standard ammo was fine. Keep up your videos. I don't know how many people still enjoy the wilderness and outdoors period but it used to be my go-to recreation. Thanks again have a great day.

Great video. For normal people there's a much more low cost highly effective reloader hand press you can get online. There's many different types and I've never used an electronic grain counter or loader and never had a problem with a bullet. The 2 ranges I go to allow people who reload their own ammo to take as many brass casings as they want. (You have to clean up your brass at every range and respectful ranges even have buckets labeled with the caliber.
