Agree with the scale. A good scale can be the difference in consistency, because if you're off by even 0.1 grain, you'll throw off your groupings.

The striker/firing pin assembly has been removed from the bolt. As safe as it gets.

As Seth has said, the bolt does not have the striker assembly in it. In that configuration, the gun is completely safe.

some often just use a neck sizing die if it's only for a single rifle. Apparently can help with the life of your brass.
