These are not an inexpensive alternative. For 200 bullets and 200 primed casings (CCI casings), the price is $70 (plus any taxes, shipping). That's $17.50 per 50 rounds. In addition, the initial outlay for the die set is $122. Currently the bullets and casings are on backorder, as they appear to have been for some time.

Yes, they are longer. The 32gr will mag feed, the 42gr and 50gr are single feed only unless you have an extended mag!

If you want more accurate bullets you can build swaging dies to make swaged lead with polymer coating bullets. Also on my channel.

I get that you have already sent these with a priming compound, but what powder is recommended? Is there any powder loading info?

That's a great idea if you have one. But there are more than million times, not a million more a million times more 22lr chambered fire arms in shooters hands than in 17 Remington. It is by far the most widely used round in the world. So there's that.

They sell the primed cases with the bullets.

SHOT herco, blue dot,and shooters world auto pistol. Like I said in the rain no rest and no chrony. Very acceptable groups. Hope they offer bulk deals I would order a thousand right now but LOL on backorder again

@0:59 "Screw the die down about 1/8" on the circumference" This is ambiguous... 1/8" rotationally? 1/8" axially? Or perhaps even an 1/8 of a turn? The intent seems clear in the video, but the dialogue is far from clear.

Sooooo, it's primed virgin brass that comes with the kit, not using once-fired brass.... It's like buying your 22LR from Ikea! Some assembly may be required! XD XD XD Guys, just make ammo... That's all the market wants right now. If you have the capacity to create factory ammo, then DO IT. You will be WAY better off making factory ammo right now than you ever would with this ridiculous "build it yourself" kit... P.s. If it's virgin components, you should probably go through your marketing and use the word "load" instead of "reload", before you get sued for false advertising. ;)

We will eventually be selling the loaded ammunition, but in order for us to get set up to do so would be a huge investment/endeavor. It is just not in the cards for us at the moment, but one day we hope to get there.

I am a proprietor of rifle 22lr and shoot VERY MUCH, that is why there is reloading. Principle of reloading is clear, there are shells, there are bullets, gunpowder, thundering mixture and press of Lii are even.
