Relocate furnace, replace AC and modify ducts.

In this video I relocate existing furnace, replace air conditioning system such as the condenser, and evaporator coil. I wasn't planning on replacing 95% of the ducts but I ended up doing so. That is what's called doing right by your Customer despite having setbacks like the Ductwork , and putting another return in, Which should have been done to begin with , Awesome Job .

Looks great as usual. I would maybe have put the safety pan lower so you can put the pump in the pan. Or get a baking tray and another float switch to put the pump in. Just see that as a weak link

Yes good one, after we had a major issue with a condensate pump failure on a new install, we have them in separate condensate pump pans that get fabbed up with the metal if the pump can't fit within the secondary pan. We pretty much go all out with condensate safeties in attics now. Float switch on the primary drain line cap off secondary, float switch in secondary drain pan, obviously wire condensate pump float switch and if required another float switch in that pan

The quality of your work is amazing. Is Anaheim in your service area? My wife and I have a home built in 1927 that we will be renovating very soon. The home will need a whole new HVAC system and has only had a furnace.

Nice installation and cleanup! Very nice. Good to see you back on YT again. Just curious how the sound blanket worked for you. I've used the Brinmar sound blankets. They are pretty bulky and yes, two piece design, does work...but I like 1 piece sound covers that Carrier/ICP uses so normally I just find the one made for the equivalent Copeland compressor and order that from the Carrier distributor. It's lighter and easy to put on...less bulky and claims to lower by 3db...assuming the outdoor fan is not the reason for the elevated noise levels! Have a good weekend Juan.

Hi. I need some of your expertise. Let me begin by saying. I don’t have an amp reader.. I just turned my furnace on. Getting a small buzzing sound. Not a loud Humm, like I’ve seen in some videos. I am replacing the capacitor. Am worried Becusse the inducer blower motor was pretty damn hot after 2 minutes. What’s the difference between the inducer blower motor (mounted on the front of the furnace) and the blower motor on bottom of furnace attached to the wheel?

Inducer motor's purpose is to pull combustion air into the combustion chamber. The other is the blower motor. It's purpose is to move the air through the furnace and to your ducts. Buzzing sound is usually your transformer. I noticed they get noisier as they get older.
