Tip: Try to do a volunteer job in a nursing home or hospital, that way you can later a get a reference of working with the elderly and gain good experience.If you are a practical nurse, you should pursue this pathway. If you cannot do the volunteer, go get na certificate, that way you would be ahead of others. Many employers will choose you first over others.
