Malta allows the Nomad Residence Permit main applicants to include their dependent family members. You can add your spouse and minor children along with your application. It will be on you cause you still need money to pay your rent, feed, medical bills etc.

The bank statement is part of the documents they need, but you can send them an email for them to confirm if the invoices are enough.
