Oh, thanks a lot! The person with the B.Sc can try for the PNP or FSW route. It doesn't really matter if the other person doesn't have education but the person with the B.Sc. must be the primary applicant & have work experience. You should give it a try again. After that, you are to do an evaluation of your highest degree, using WES or any other accredited evaluation body, then, you join the Express entry pool.

That has to do the provincial website, not IRCC website. However, you can choose an occupation in high demand that is often called that closes aligns to your job duties or occupation or you can choose to go through the Federal Skilled Workers route instead.

Thank you for your comment. Different provinces have different rules for their provincial nomination. You would need to check the requirements of those provinces listed, as I'm mainly familiar with the Alberta PNP & POST-ITA process. Some provinces require you to have a job offer, be in a certain industry or have a high CRS score before you are chosen, so, you would need to research on that too.

Hello Imole. Thanks for watching. Alberta picks from the pool, so, you're not to apply to them. They would send you an NOI if you're eligible. You would pay the fees on submission of your application.

If you don't have anyone in Canada, you can go through the Federal Skilled Worker route but you have to have a high CRS score. The draw scores of recent have been from 520 upwards, sometimes even up to 560. You would need to have high scores in your IELTS to increase your CRS score. Have you done a simulation of your CRS score?
