You find the animals a place where they will be happy and well looked after - especially as they need specialised care. The happiness and welfare of ALL is what matters, inc those who work with them. They need to be 'safe' and able to carry out their roles too, as well as all the other animals you keep, not just 'the 'unhappy/unruly' animal - as long as you find them a great home, that's what should matter most...
