My complaint is early on you just had to sink gold and gear into arena and raids and you could progress. Now they added CC, scourges etc forcing you to spend gold and gear there. Factor in level cap increases and we still don’t get enough resources to keep pace unless you buy battle passes every month.

With stars and red stars becoming more available, I expect more currencies and progression systems soon.

Yes that the problem. Arena needs to be maxed level and stars. Then Raids you can save resources or go crazy but those raid teams can be used for War/DD/Arena (somewhat)/CC so it not so bad. But CC does require a new CC team to be built or you lose badly. Building new toons from lvl 1 to 70 cost 4.5 million then you need about 5 more million to put G15 on them 71-80. You can wait here if you want but G16/G17 might be required and then things like Cabal have to be G18 no matter what. I now at a point where I make any new toon I unlock instantly lvl 70 and then slowly build them because i might not have the iso for the anyway when they lvl 75 or i might decide to change their iso to whatever i find works best for me. I wasted iso on spider society for example but it not so bad. i can flex on three of them anytime i want to change.

I agree with you that there's very few skippable/regrettable teams anymore and as a business Scopely is within their right to expect some money to keep the game running. All that said though, how would you suggest F2P/light spenders plan their progression going forward and would you suggest anything to Scopely to balance the whale/kraken and F2P/light spender experience? P.S. Really glad to see you back making content.

I have been thinking about this a ton. I want to review the release methods and see where the lowest shard acquisition is. In reality you can still get a free legendary first pass. It's the higher stars that changes.

The biggest problem is that they dont increase the gold and exp materials with every single game. Cuz they released 3-5 toons every single month and they want from us to make them from lvl 0 do lvl 80-lvl100 tier 16-tier19

There are WAY TO MANY characters to acquire. It costs WAY too long and too many resources for EACH ONE

Once CC came out I decided to skip war defense teams since that was the mode I cared less about hence my Big Time Spider-Man is still at level 1

Lol you skip a team, and a year down the road either a rework or new team requiring an old character will come out of no where. For example I skipped deadpool, Namor,

I left 2x. 1x when the cheaterboards happened, 1x when I deleted the game. I stopped covering the game when MFR came out but didn't quit. I have been busy otherwise.
