[HD + READ ME | minor flash warning]
hey y'all!!
so a few years back @KitsukisMEPs hosted a #remastermash tag, which lets you remake/remaster an old video. [here's the original: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hWi1hYigpNaDiNE] and I'm gonna try and revive it, because it's a lot of fun!
RULES:
1) Remaster your part, not reinvent! You can change your clips and add new effects but the idea is for it to look SIMILAR (at least) to your old video.
2) Use the same version of the song from your previous video.
3) It's a challenge, but enjoy yourself and have fun!
4) use the tag #remastermash2023 when uploading! [feel free to comment with a link too!]
5) edit as many as you want. just have fun remastering some old content!
about my remastermash!
I came across this old MEP part from 2014, I can't remember who hosted it but I'm pretty sure it was never completed. I had fun remaking it, but using these three was surprisingly difficult asdfghj. I kept some of the clips the same, and tried to keep the colouring as close as I could to the original aesthetic. but I changed up the text and manips bc it looked nicer 👀

This is such a cool concept!! And you did such an amazing job remastering it, having the characters together and interacting more in the clips and the coloring was such a nice touch! And even the text changes made it flow so well. Original is also very good of course, but I absolutely love the direction you took to remaster this. Outcome is stunning

Omg, remember this concept too ! It is definitely a good idea to revive it !!! :0 I need to take time for this challenge someday soon! ;-; The new version is so clean and aesthetically so pleasant (like literally everything you're editing, that being said! XD) And even if this new MEP part is all new, the sepia and the song still give good vintage feeling and i love it for that ❤

Ohhh, this is sooo pretty!! Your original was already fantastic but the new one is even better!! Love to see the improvment! 😍 Tempted to remake one of my old videos too now but I wouldn't know which one xD

Wow you can really see the style of the years 2013-2014 that people tended to use back in the day. And you did soe well with the manips even then. Very clean for something so old. And you have become excellent over the years

Omg!! Remakes are soo fun and this is gorgeous! The original was very creative but your improvement really shines in the remake! Feels a lot more emotional because of the scenes you used and the new manips
