Rematching Nicollet Diner’s “Barbarian” Pancake Breakfast Challenge I Failed in 2019!!

American professional eater Randy Santel round #2 versus The Nicollet Diner's "Barbarian" Pancake Breakfast Challenge hosted by The Nicollet Diner in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota of the Twin Cities in the USA!! I attempted 9 competitive eating restaurant challenges during my Minnesota trip. For food challenge event #4 of nine, I headed to the newer location of The Nicollet Diner in downtown Minnesota, near the original location I visited back in 2019. Back then, I failed their massive Pancake Breakfast "Barbarian" Challenge because I got "sick" with a few bites of pancake left, also with time about to expire. I had been wanting to rematch this breakfast food challenge for a long time and finally got to, hoping to join lots of my friends up on the Wall of Fame. I had just one hour to eat an enormous 16-inch pizza pan sized buttermilk pancake topped with six eggs (any style), six strips of bacon, four sausage patties, two slices of ham, hash browns, and my choice of toast, all served on a 16" metal platter. I switched up my strategy just a little from 2019 and ordered scrambled eggs rather than fried eggs. The breakfast came with optional portions of syrup, butter, and a strawberry rhubarb jam. I was trying to dominate round #2 and win my $55.95 breakfast meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on The Nicollet Diner's Wall of Fame and the new location. Very good Randy, I have been following you now for a good few years. The difference from the 1st to 2nd attempt for me is really encouraging. As you are heading towards your retirement, we all know you can't do this forever, it's really good to see you going towards your goal of a healthy weight and have been able to maintain steady progress. It's interesting to see a guy that clearly has alot of knowledge in the diet side (your degree) Still have a job that leads to abuse of your body but you can stil bounce back, all about mindset.
