I have told this story before, but my first horror film I watched was one of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies. I was at a birthday party, I was 6, and they played the movie while we waited for the food. I remember the scene from the movie where Freddy got him from the comic book and was in awe by it. A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child will be forever in my head.

Were you guys fans of “are you afraid of the dark?” Or “goosebumps” ? I still love these shows and watch them with the kids every Halloween, You can do a whole episode or couple episodes on Goosebumps alone, so many classic episodes and books, espically for Halloween month, every 90s kid has memories of goosebumps, probably less so are you afraid of the dark, but both are good
