I sued the sellers of my house for 8k because they lied about the plumbing being redone. The main sewer line collapse and we found there were no permits pulled. They lied about that to the judges face and we won the case on the spot. I am surprised you haven't sued them! What on earth is going on with Utah law to allow them to keep scamming?
