I've worshipped at Lakewood when I visited, I have met and spoken to Joel, and I have heard 100+ of his sermons. I believe he is an imperfect person (like all of us) who does his best to spread hope, faith, and encouragement. We are blessed to have him alive today and speaking hope into our hearts. God came to me in the middle of the night, in a dream, and said, "Be still and know I am God." I have been in civil court with an evil neighbor for the past 4 years. In my moment of weakness. When I wasn't able to see the dream that God whispered in the night. When I was feeling the journey and felt the confusion of the sight. He spoke for me but not just me. I have to know I will keep with my lord God. When I was weak he makes me strong. My god sends me. I shall hold on to the words of the lord. And when I was needing to hear the encouragement I had prayed for he gave me this message. I must fear not. My god is with me. He is the king on the throne. I must see what the Lord has done. He is my lord and saviour. He shows up right on time. He walks with me. He is lord of lords. If he is for me what can come against me. If he knows my name he will always call it and I will always answer back yes lord. Oh heavenly Father thank you for the breath in my lungs. Let me sing out to you in praise for the great things you have done. And you do it for so many. You work so. Through out time have you not worked through your chosen people. You choose. Not us. Just when I was feeling hopeless I see this. My husband was hit by 2 cars and is now suffering from a traumatic brain injury. He’s in a vegetative state. He can open his eyes move his limbs cough grin etc but he’s not alert. After being in the hospital for a month now I was told today that he’s in the same state. It’s so depressing and it’s hard trying to explain this to our three kids. It’s like when I feel he’s getting better the doctors and nurses tell me different. I came across this video and i know God is going to push him through. This is my “faith in the middle”. I won’t give up on him. I know he’ll come back to our family. I’m still praying 🙏🏾 Lord I need you now more than ever.
