With your formula example, if I would just write that formula on a wall and leave it there so that every time I see that wall I should see the formula. When I am in exam all I need is just close my eyes and vision that wall then I can see all the formulas written there.

I find that your story over complicates things. Would be easier to understand the formula and practice.
