Trust. Trust the process. I would turn off all distractions. If you fall asleep it's ok. If your mind wanders it's ok, bring it back to the breath and follow the flow. There is no right or wrong, it is unfolding perfectly. You cannot do them wrong so be kinder to you and give yourself grace. The more time you allow for introspection the more that you will find it easier to rest in the silence. Love to you and grateful that you are here. 🌠⭐✴
