Im really sad. He’s one of those famous people i took for granted without realizing it. I assumed he would always be there. I regret that now. Wish i would’ve gotten out to see his shows. Im watching interviews now & what a TREMENDOUS human being. I was raised watching him. I will miss him sharing this planet so much. I hope he knows how much he meant to so many of us even though most of us may have never expressed it. My condolences to his beautiful family. I wish he could’ve filmed his special. He was probably saving a lot of material and wisdom for that. I hope some of his recent shows were taped in full.

Same here, I didn’t follow his career or life after AFV and Full House. I refused Fuller House. I came across his IG but more importantly his podcasts on KZbin and I’m hooked. I have been down in the dumps for the past 5 months and his podcasts are very moving and uplifting. I regret it too but playing catch up now.

I grew up watching full house. I always loved Bob Saget. He was a good dad on the show, and I am sure he's a good dad and good guy in real life. The news of his passing away was shocking. I am sorry for his family. RIP Bob Saget💗

@@aldogerardus4157 The cause of death hasn’t been officially released yet, and likely won’t be until the next couple of months. That is, if his family wants to make it known to the public. Examining bodies takes time and we should respect the medical professionals as well as his family. It is suspected he either died of a stroke or heart attack though, in his sleep.

He was such a very happy, funny, down-to-earth guy. I loved his Danny Tanner character. The Full House sitcom would be the same. There is a line in the sitcom's theme song which says, "A light is waiting to carry you home" and a light did carry Bob home. Rest in peace Mr. Saget. I think each and every one of us who grew up on Full House and ultimately became great fans of Bob can be grateful, so grateful that we got a comeback of Full House while Bob was here in the form of Fuller House. That we got a chance to see him as Danny Tanner in modern times (as well as the other leading guys Jesse and Joey as portrayed by John Stamos and Dave Coulier respectively) once again even if his role wasn't as central as it was before. That was something. It would have been so regretful if we didn't get to have this. Bob is so missed but his enrichment of our lives will always shine brightly.

My daughter was born in 1992, I got her hooked onto Full house. I would turn up the tv when the opening song came on. It always caught her attention. When the series ended, We watched the reruns all the time. She still loves the show to this day, and we even watched Fuller House on Netflix. She was the one that texted me yesterday to tell me that he had died 😢 Bob Saget to us will forever be Danny Tanner. RIP to a really cool tv dad ❤️

So heartbreaking. I grew up watching Bob on Full House. But one of the funniest moments was when I met him in person here in Vancouver, Canada back in the 90's. He was up here filming or doing stand up or something. I can't remember. It was in a loud smokey night club of all places. He was such a cool guy. Love out to his family, friends and colleagues.

I cried when I learned that Bob Saget (Danny Tanner) has died. I came here to see if others feel the same and it makes me feel better to know I am not alone. I love, love Full House so much and am still watching the Christmas specials in January. The show did us all so much good with all its important life lessons as well as moments that made us laugh. And even though I ended up not liking Fuller House, I am thankful that Bob Saget was there for it. Depressed that Bob Saget died I watched the episode "The Last Dance" to remind myself that it is okay to be sad-and to show it. When I watched the episode, I could not help but notice some similarities. Bob Saget died in his hotel room, while doing a show on tour so, like Pupolli, Bob Saget also died suddenly, while seemingly full of life and away from home. Now that I am starting to feel better, it is hard to think of Danny Tanner(Bob Saget) and not laugh, he was always so funny! Now Bob Saget is up in heaven, making angels laugh!

I guarantee there isn't one person In America who didn't know who Bob Saget was. Full House is honestly one of the greatest American sitcoms in television history and he made it that way by being the genuinely good person he was to everyone he came across. Grew up watching this show when it aired on ABC with new episodes. I always felt it ended too early. I remember back in 1995 I was really shocked it was ending. It didn't seem complete and the plots were good and the show had another 5 years left in it I think. They came back with Fuller House later on but times had changed.

What a way to be remembered. Bob Saget's legacy is one that we all should aspire to. We all die in the end. Turn to dust. The only things that remain are the marks we leave on other people's lives through the relationships and experiences we share with them. You can see what kind of a person he was through all the tributes, stories, and experiences pouring in from all corners of the earth. Rich or poor, famous or unknown, Bob Saget just sincerely cared about people and stood by them. We should all be so lucky to have a legacy like his. R.I.P.
