The second two are both estranged from me, and they're both in extreme rebellion. I have a wife now. We met at a Church in New Jersey in June of 2016. We were married in September of 2016. She's the GREATEST woman that I've ever known. Proverbs 18:22. I hope you find a godly woman to BE your Help Meet. Stay strong in the Lord and remember Job 1:1, and Job 31:1; God is with you, watching and He will supply your every NEED, including a wife. jmo When you are approaching your 70's, you start remembering incidents in your life that left their mark in your mind and heart. It amazes me how at my age God is still revealing His hand and intervention throughout my life that, until now, I didn't know. Between 6-9 yrs old our mother would leave a few months in summer to work far away in packing sheds. Our father didn't stop his wandering & drinking in her absence. He'd sometimes get home in the middle of the night drunk. He didn't see to it we kids ate. One night our neighbor, Maggie, came over, knocked on our screen door, & handed me a plate with food. I took it and we kids ate. A few years ago this incident came to mind & I realized: Maggie never said a word. She just stood there & smiled & raised the plate towards me. How odd. Then I realized: In 9 years we were neighbors, that one night was the *ONLY* time she came to our house. How odd. Then I heard myself tell God: *That wasn't Maggie, was it!?!* We didn't open the door to strangers, so *He/it* had to look like someone a child would trust. How did I not understand until almost sixty years later. My Father, and my God!!!
