To answer I think Rooga answered for majority of y’all beef Rooga said he was in jail on a case before he got out right before Scrapp died. He was out for Scrapp getting shot in the last two incidents one he survived and the other when they finally got him when he told him not to go outside.

Rooga wasn’t there for the chest shot though… but now I can kind of piece together the day of his death Big Les dropped him back over by MOB and Rooga must’ve been over that way as well when Scrapp wanted to go back outside to play ball and (Rooga) told him not to go outside. He went anyway and Big Les shows the alleyway + the gated door he was trying to go to before he was killed & he cuts the camera off.
