I just started quilting about 18 months ago and I’d not heard of Nancy Zieman being from the U.K., but I guess thanks to the wonders of KZbin I got quickly introduced to her and fell in love. I think the thing about Nancy that I loved the most is how she is so calm and soothing when teaching you something. In this day and age of KZbinrs, they are so manic and hyper, Nancy offered me a safe haven to watch her demonstrate a skill or a technique in a calming and relaxing way. I didn’t know for a long time after I started loving her videos that Nancy had passed. I was really quite saddened by this. I just hope that if her family or production team that helped create this tv show are out there, they know this……. Nancy is still teaching. She’s still doing what she loved!! I’m a 41 year old British dude and I learned to sew because of Nancy and her videos. May her memory be a blessing to all that knew her. ❤

The world has lost a beautifully brave talented woman who transformed television as well as fabric. She overcame Bell's Palsy and fought cancer as well as stereotypes, quietly, courageously. I was always amazed by her ability to transform the mundane into the exquisite, all thru stitching. What a joy it was to watch her - I have no doubt she is making a "coat of many colors" in Heaven - you will be missed, Nancy~

I was so shocked to hear of Nancy passing. I just got back into sewing. I was trying to find away to alter patterns. She was the only one that had a simple way of doing it. I watched her every Saturday when she did sewing. The generation that never go a chance to learn from her has missed a great deal. I bet she is teaching sewing class in heaven 🙏🏿😇

Thank you for making this video. I am one Nancy's Biggest Fans, and haven't stopped crying since I heard the sad news that Nancy has returned to her True Home with God. Everyday I Owe Nancy Gratitude for her guidance and teaching about sewing, but also how to be a better woman. To share more, to give more, to remain positive and collected. Nancy teaches me everyday to be more organised and sew more. To never stop sewing! This video is something that Nancy would want, to again and again show her appreciation and love for all of us who love her. Her team and her fans were always at the heart of everything she did. Thank you Wisconsin Public Television for believing in Nancy and airing her programmes for all of us.

I’m sure I’m in good company here... among other creative people who adore Nancy. There will never be another Nancy Zieman.... and thankfully , her legacy will live on when we use our hands and hearts to give of ourselves ... following the fine example of sweet Nancy - I will miss her and thank you to the show producers for doing this tribute. She will remain my favorite sewing teacher, eventhough we never met in person. I am so thankful that this short tribute displayed the essence of a lady who loved her family, friends etc. and made such a difference in our lives - She truly was a wonderful example for us to emulate. With love ❤️ Cathy Hudgins Arnett from Richmond , VA... sewing since about 1975

I know I will miss her tutorials and I will watch the old ones over and over as I watched her tonight it's hard to believe that she's gone home to be with the Lord... The one thing that I'm saddened about and reading about her life on Facebook and other social media sites is that she was a Christian woman a follower of our Lord Jesus Christ... I wish that she from time to time would have shared her faith with her viewers
