If you did a Grateful Dead reaction video every week or two, there are a lot of us out there, we will come watch.

I knew all of the band.At my first show I asked Jerry if I could sit behind the amps and he told yes. Got behind the amps and I find Bear dropping liquid acid on the back of people’s hands and then they licked it off. I stuck my hand out and he put four big drops on it and I licked it off. It was in March of 1971 in Providence Rhode Island.Bears acid was so good. At set break I wandered around checking out their equipment and I see Jerry on his way over to me with a big fat joint in his hand and he passed it to me and we passed it back and forth until it was half way left. People saw what we were doing and started coming over.so I thanked Jerry and went to where I had been sitting for the first half of the show.right behind Pigpen. I asked Bear if I could get some of it and he hooked me up with his local dealer . I got to know people that were involved with the underground acid community..Bear acid was so good, I wrote this to let you know that this scene was better than any other bands and as time passes people will be listening to this music forever like the classical music grates. So if you are too young to have seen them,it’s impossible to feel what thousands of people on acid wave like. Just saying it was better than you can imagine, Definitely listen to their live performances and find the ones you can watch Jerry’s fingers, I bid you good night ❤️⚡️🎸⚡️🍄⚡️❤️

I miss the Phil Zone. I had the privilege of seeing the Grateful Dead perform over 300 times from 71-95 including this show. Jerry Garcia and Bear were two of the most influential people in my life. I miss them all. It was the time of my life. It was fitting that this was the last song the Dead performed while Jerry was alive. They played a two song encore in Chicago during the last show in the summer of 95. Black Muddy River into Box of Rain.
