I had the same sunken feeling when he died. I’ve admired his work since the mid 90’s and his resin vases from the Fish Design series are remarkable, and very affordable and accessible.

Agree! I would love a unique chair, but those vases are much more in my budget and glad I can at least have a reminder.

@@christopherwestpresents keep your eye on the auctions etc for his resin invitations for his launches and openings. He did a whole bunch of them over the years, an old client of mine had a small collection of them, they’re out there!

So sad to hear. I remember first discovering him and his work when in architecture school in the late 1980's and early 1990's. I always loved his lounge chair. You put together a very nice piece on him.

Where you mention your favorite designers. I watched the one on Joan jones and really like the format of your videos. I’m an aspiring furniture designer and found the history that you go into in this video very interesting. Could you do a video on the evolution of different design eras?
