Remflex 2.5" Graphite Gasket to Fix Midpipe to Axel Back Exhaust Flange Gap Leak (Scion tC2 / tC2.5)

I developed a leak between my midpipe and axel back that no standard gasket could fix, so I installed a Remflex 1/8" graphite gasket which can crush up to 50% to help seal the leak.

Does this gasket work regardless if the flanges are flat or have a groove for an OEM O-ring crush gasket?

As long as it's a 2.5" two bolt flange, it should.
