There are other ayurvedic herbs that promote Healthy Hair and scalp and also promote hair growth. Use any single one or a combination of them.

If I make an infused oil with the Amla powder can I use it everyday? I normally use some type of oil on my hair every night. They just aren't infused .

YES you can use an Amla infused oil on your hair every day if your hair accepts that as a routine and you see positive benefits. If you experience any negative results then discontinue use and try something else. There are many ways to use Amla in your hair routine. CP has a video Amla 5 Ways (or 10 Ways, can't remember) Search for them and you will see the many options.

I use a DIY Amla powder and Fenugreek powder infused oil every day. I massage my scalp with it. I also spritz my scalp between wash days with an Amla tea but I hydrate my strands with a liberal spritzing of Fenugreek w/msm tea that I left soak into my strands until just good and damp…I then oil scalp and hair w/massage. My hair is naturally high porosity and believe me when I tell you my hair is THICK and SHINY. I also add 1 tsp of Amla powder to my deep conditioner (along with honey, shea butter, BCO and Rosemary EO) w/heat every other wash day. Definitely use Amla any way your strands can take it….include Fenugreek to boost the goodness! 🥰
