Currently in contest prep so my hunger is definitely more noticeable lately so tip 3 about the gallon a day (and diet soda when needed) and tip 5 about staying occupied during the day have made it noticeably easier for me to stay on track. Days where I sit around more and I’m less occupied, my mind goes straight to the fridge. Love these kinda vids man👌🏽

for tip #1 what helps me is cutting watermelon into tiny pieces then freezing the watermelon and when u feel a binge coming pop that out and you can eat the whole watermelon for under 600-500 cal

I remember when I used to do keto and I’d always fail and the times I would be able to do good I wouldn’t really see results and then I started to watch Rem and he helped me lose 100lbs

Not hunger really, but cravings are the biggest enemy. Hunger is even a little comfy sometimes, but i can be full and still have cravings 😭

Yes, i completely agree. I got small kids that likes Oreos and the soft chocolate chip cookies. Of course I keep them for the kids. May sound crazy but I will sometimes chew one up and spit it out. Lol. But it helps me with my self control.

I use the chronometer app to track in general terms intake and exercise expenditure. I use the free version. It is really helpful and a great companion to your cookbook. Glad the algorithm sent you my way.

For me something that helps is having a pretty regular wake up and go to sleep schedule. Staying up late for me leads to pantry raids 🤣

Anything. Still waiting on that anabolic cuban sandwich! For real for real, appreciate all the videos. I've used lots of your recipes recently, and most importantly, your philosophy of staying under a calorie mark and meeting a protien goal (ish...lots of protien to eat at the 300 pound mark!), and those things have helped me get from 333 down to 275 since January. Still more to go with 250 being the goal and 233 for a 100 pound loss being the super goal...and doing it all eating oreo flurries and pizza. Still wanting that cuban though... Be good homie!

You are so right on the salads. So much food, so little calories, and takes time to eat. I use Skinny Girl salad dressing and I am stuffed with 44 grams of protein and under 500 calories.

Never met a person who was considerably overweight that had a spotless, organized house and immaculate yard (unless they hired out or had loads of kids to enslave LOL). Simple housework is a great way to burn calories that most people can incorporate pretty easily- not to mention they should be doing it anyways! Even 40 mins of vacuuming burns over 100 calories.

Sugar free jellos that come in like packs of 16-24 are amazing for controlling your appetite, pair it with a diet soda or flavored sparkling water for a nice snack. Cucumber, watermelon,celery are also stupidly calorie friendly try to binge eat celery and get fat from it, wont happen
