Guru Gobind Singh ji wrote a big big maha kavya Granth ( some call Gyan Ganga , some call gyan Sarag etc) weight of total pages of granth was 400 Kg in which he explained origion or universe and then many solar systems, allien lives , origion of life, origion of humans, ice ages, genetic evolution, origion of Vedas and other religion and then why sikh religion originated and so on). When many mullas and some pandits of himachal came to know about this Granth , then they wanted granth to be destroyed. They brainwashed mugal kings and rajput kings to attack Guru saying Guru is against Islam and Hinduism. Then battle of Anandpur sahib as well as Chamkaur sahib occurred. All grants was lost in Sirsa River while sikhs were crossings it ( river was flooded in those nights) Guru said this is indication that humans are still not ready to recieve and understand this knowledge. He said latter when humans will be morally and mentally capable then only they will acquire that lost knowledge from a Great Man of God. Anyhow- dasam granth was compiled by sikhs by including very few or little amount of pages left. Some people added false stories in it as well. Hence this Grantham is not regarded as important or main Granth.
