I either like my spinach raw or sauteed. (I do the same for kale) I thinly slice onions, scallions, garlic, and red bell peppers. Then chop the spinach leaves (after washing them in a strainer) I put a sinful amount of butter in a pan and cook the chopped seasoning for maybe 3-5 minutes and add a crushed Maggi chicken seasoning cube (blue and yellow packaging) Toss in the drained spinach and stir occasionally. Salt to taste and cook to desired tenderness. (overcooking brings a bitter taste) I've never tried brocolini but would love to a broccoli is my favorite vegetable. You can use this recipe to make what my dad calls "spicy tuna" lol just instead of adding vegtables you add Tuna and a pepper of your choice. Both can be eatten with rice!

I Just finished your vlog from yesterday. Loved the puffer jacket. Thanks for all you do, your vlogs really do motivate and inspire me.
