Love this vlog! As far as meatloaf recipes go, I use “Ina Garten’s Turkey Meatloaf recipe”, i of course modified it by adding chopped garlic and chopped fresh rosemary(eye ball amount to your judgment for these extra ingredients). Hope this recipe helps. Love you so much. Oh! And great news, I got a job at Korean bbq restaurant, I can’t wait to try and appreciate this type of cuisine and definitely try to make your Korean recipes this year as one of my New Year’s resolutions. Hi Remi, long time subscriber and viewer, first time commenter haha. First off, thank you so much for all the awesome content and using your platform to teach people about cooking and sharing love through delicious food. Not to step on your toes or anything, but I noticed a teaching moment here. The red liquid in beef you see isn't actually blood! All beef (and pork and chicken for that matter too) is exsanguinated before its graded and checked by the USDA. What you see is a mix of water and muscle proteins called myoglobin. I only bring it up because my family raises its own beef and are very involved in the beef industry. So I'm pretty passionate about beef advocacy! This is probably one of the biggest misconceptions people have about eating beef and they sometime choose not to because they think the juice they see is blood. The more you know! Thanks again for using your platform to showcase yummy ways to eat beef, you're supporting my family's livelihood!

For meatloaf, I recommend using a BBQ sauce on top instead of ketchup! It gives it so much more flavor! Also instead of doing a whole loaf, I like to do little personal sizes using a cupcake tin or something!
