I’m so happy that it’s vlogmas it’s been so fun having all my girls back and I don’t like talking about other peoples weight but I will say because of you saying how much you feel like yourself and that you could never felt this way before and yes I can tell the weight loss made me call a pcos doctor and I have an appointment next week !! Thank you so much for sharing your journey and I no you don’t feel comfortable talking about what you eat in a day at this moment which is smart but once you feel up to it I would love to watch and I believe even the ideas will help me / others but that’s completely up to you ❤

Thank you for opening up about PCOS. I have it and endometriosis, I was finally diagnosed this year! ♥️ I’m 29 years old and I can’t be any happier I have answers as well. I don’t feel so alone anymore ♥️ I use to starve myself because I would gain weight so easily and didn’t know why when I would eat normally. So I decided to not eat but it made it worse. I finally went to the doctor to figure out why my body was all weird and my periods were so heavy and not regular. I would have a period once every six months I thought it was normal, turns out nope. When you opened up about PCOS I cried cause I honestly thought I was alone 🥺🥺 so thank you Remi ♥️ also I’m lovin the intro!!!
