after patch, the hellfire is not possible to reach climbing infront of the trailer, but right behind u is a path you walk up and jump down.

It is, I just got it now, jumping the wall, you just have to walk around it, you can still jump it

I found the ring Haymaker in the corner of a train depot. (Miniboss fight event) the corner is surrounded by a train with an open door and solid metal panels

The Labyrinth and Root Earth are always the same map, which is why you can't roll them in Adventure Mode.
