I'm using the same armor and weapons (except I'm using Merciless for a long gun with abraisve rounds on the Tech pistol), and even rings, but the amulet I don't have. Where is that one?

I have an issue where the only weapon I have that isn't the starting weapon is the bow from the puzzle in this zone. It is just too slow to dodge and fire off the necessary rounds. Then I get hit with one of her attacks, and often stunlocked in place till death.

I literally cannot do enough damage to beat it and I'm playing with a friend. I've maximised my damage by saving a bunch of mods and abilities which increase damage for the last phase, and even when getting it to 0 health, and hitting it multiple extra times after that still doesn't kill it...

the dlc and adventure mode scale to your lvl tho so i doesnt matter if you are lvl 1 or 18 or 20

Depends on the rolling of the campaign I guess. This is the first major boss I am up against and my weapons are about half the power of hers.
