also if you fuse effects it goes down levels so it takes even more time to get to 51 (special if you go for 4 fusions). Saw a video on perfect prisms that was very informative on how to roll stats to fuse and all but when the guy says he was going to farm xp, he clearly cheats because if he really went farming he would pick up new fragments and it didn't happen

hi i have a question.. i think my havocform cooldown is bugged. when i come out of havoc form it has sometimes charged like half way and sometimes nothing. it seems pretty random. can someone explain how this works?
