Hey Bolt, what are those buffs you have below your health and stamina bar? New player here. Have the same build as you minus akari ring and empowering loop. And one other thing, why do you shoot the ground with your hive shot before you go in? I am super new to the game.

Those are the 1 hour consumables I have active. I also shoot at the ground and dodge to activate akari warband. Thanks for watching!

Hey so do you prefer the crossbow or the sniper? I think the sniper is the better pick, but I love the look of the crossbow

The crossbow may be my fav weapon in the game. Just feels so smooth to use. IMO it is better than the sniper. It has a faster reload which results In higher DPS. It's also quiet and has built in stealth to not alert enemies. Great for world clearing. Sniper does have more range and a scope tho. Just use what you prefer using. Some people like the big bang of the sniper haha

Crossbow lose dmg when u have to keep distance vs ent so yep, sniper rifle.

Hola Hermano. Si no tienes el akari, puedes usar el anillo "grim coil". Puedes buscar eso en el mundo Corsus. Y si tu quieres crecer tu posibilidades de crítico, usa el anillo "braided thorns ". Pero El anillo "burden of the gambler" es el mejor anillo en el juego cuando estás peleando con jefes sin debilidades.

Haha yea thats a glitch with any archer type enemy. If you get a crit on their weakspot as the final blow, the damage will be what their total HP is. It's a cool glitch. I like seeing big numbers.

Thank you! It's a glitch. If you land a weakspot crit on any archer type enemy, it shows their total HP as the kill shot.

So why do you stand in hive cannon cloud intentionally?

It kills the seeker beetles. They walk in to the cloud and die. Same in the ixiliis fight. The wisps die without hitting you if you do it

No, it only effects the reload after each shot. This can be bypassed with manual reloads tho

Try braided thorns and celerity stone / stone of balance in the meantime. Gambler ring against bosses with no weakspot

Keep grinding! Once you die enough times you will be a master and be able to fight her with your eyes closed.

The more I watch these the more I realize that Apocalypse difficulty really destroyed some of the build diversity. There are multiple viable playstyles but corrosive is the crutch like slag was for Borderlands 2. It seems like all the top tier builds are incorporating Hive Cannon in some way.

Actually not true. While corrosion is your best damage buff, it's actually not needed. Some of the top speed kills vs bosses did not use corrosion. Yes its insanely strong but definitely not needed. I highly recommend using some sort if buff/debuff on your build tho whether it be frost, hunters mark etc
