There is a track Neogen did called "Colors" or something. Chorus goes "Steady runs ya colors". Do u know what song that is or have u ever heard it?

If it was released during the MySpace era, I definitely know what song you are talking about. He was supposed to drop a record called Rocket Town and he released quite a few mp3s before then. I don't have it however. I've looked into it a bit for you and I think Deacon and Neogen are related, possibly even brothers. At the very least, Deacon is still close with Drastic. In that case your best bet in finding the track would be to ask him directly, he's newtonxnel on Instagram or for Drastic (eric_nine). I don't know if anyone ever thought to save those early tracks, and they might be lost to time.
