after playing the first game seeing that Yaesha is almost fully taken over by the Roots and seeing the skeletons of dead Pan everywhere got me thinking how bloody the conflict was only in the span of about 60 years from Remnant 1 timeline wise when the Roots came into contact with them , considering that when you get to the Forgotten Field which was the Pan's capital city it's pretty much a dead city. makes me miss all the Pan bosses and enemies and felt pity for them ngl lol. Although imagine how happy i was when i saw that there's Pan Warriors roaming around in the Red Throne/Imperial Garden. really wish we get more playable areas in the upcoming DLC to get more tidbits of how that all went down(and maybe get more root corrupted Pan bosses)

I really hope we get to learn more with some DLC. Yaesha is such a beautiful place, even with the Root there it's still has its own beauty. I feel in love with the area in the From the Ashes.

Yaesha and Rhom are easily may favorite story wise.... They both have such deep and sad history... I loved doing this video and I can't wait to do Rhom soon.

I always found the Pan the most interesting race, closely followed by the Undying King's people.

I absolutely agree. I loved the pan for being so unique and the music, plus everything being so green, I made a joke with my chat that it reminded me of Ferngully 😂

Omg right?! I love the flute player so much. I just met him in Remnant 2, sadly I haven't been able to play much because of the heat and horrible storms that keep knocking out the power 😞 but I hope to learn more about Yaesha soon. I also am planning more videos from what we learn in Remnant From the Ashes, one being Rhom and Ezlan. I hope we get to go back there one day ...

Very good paxultek! I think Yaesha is one of my favorite locations, very calming but incredibly deadly. I also really enjoy the song that is the Ravager's lullaby. For it's lack of inclusion, I'll have to give this a B/5

@gripschan oooooh gotcha. It was like my 4th world, so I just cleared it last night. If you haven't been to Losomn yet, it's very interesting too. Like, it felt like a whole ass different game, with its own story I found super intriguing. Very Bloodborne reminiscent

@@darklordlarc8960 I haven't played Bloodborne, it sounds bad, but I am not really big on souls-like games. This was the first one that was called that, that I enjoyed. I gave Wu-Long a shot but I am terrible lol. I hope that there is alot of lore in the areas that we visit too, I have seen alot of books but its hard to make all the connections so early in my playthrough

Thank you so much for watching! I am currently playing through Remnant 2 and it seems that there is even more lore and details going on in Remnant 2 then From the Ashes! Some of it does seem to repeat itself which is fine, I am glad that they are more plentiful and easier to find, but it does make for alot of things to go through to make sure that I don't miss anything. Once I feel as though I have the story and details as a whole, I will make videos on Remnant 2 as well.

There is so much lore in the game between talking to people, what you read from items and such as well... remnant 2 is just like that and even more lore! I finished my play through and am working area to area to find as much lore pieces as possible and hope to have something together soon!

I still need to play Chronos (😩 the back log is long). I didn't know about Chronos until after I finished Remnant 1. I did play Remnant 2 and loved it, but I need to go back and play it with the DLC and deep dive the lore. The creators of these games did such an incredible job making this universe

Thank you so much! And omg... the devs knew EXACTLY what they were doing, one of the reasons I waited to deep dive into Remnant 2 was because I was waiting on the DLCs to get the full story. Hopefully I can start excavating some lore soon! The Worlds are so fascinating!!

Really enjoying the lore videos you got so far, I have forgotten some of the lore entries from the first game or just skipped some, so is nice to see it in a video format. I do like how this lore sounds really similar to one of the Pan characters who talked about the history of Yaesha. I did not even know about it much until I listen to him speak about it, was abosotuly fascinating and made me wonder if anyone would make lore videos like this. Glad you made it though, like the lore with Jinas is actually in the first game and I was not aware of that. Thought it was new lore from Remnant 2, so good to know it is actually lore from the first game. Looking forward to more of these lore videos, is an easier way to digest the lore from all the lore entries from journals or items gained when adventuring. Kinda like watching them Elden Ring or Dark Souls lore and fitting the various lore pieces scattered around the map into a single piece. You ever going to mention Chronos lore? Don't know much about other than the reading up the lore bits about it as well as the "Destroyer/Chronos protagonist" mentioned by the Pan. All I know is that I feel bad for the character for the first game who was trying to be a hero but failed horribly with long lasting consequences.

As for as Chronos goes, I actually haven't played the game yet. All the information I found was in Remnant from the ashes so far. If I do get the chance to play Chronos, I will make a video based on that game separately to go in details all the information found in the game.

There may be some gaps in between these style of videos because it takes me a bit of research, as well as time to write and edit. But I plan on doing other games after I finish this series and continue Remnant 2. I hope that you are enjoying the game!
