The balance in my view is more along the lines of what Pstr Iren said. Apostle Michael is right as well, but what seems missing is losing sight of the lopsided and erroneous view that Peter Obi had, to the point of saying that he would forcefully turn such vigils, given the chance, into night shifts, and also went on to suggest an arrest will be authorised for those who allegedly are found contravening. That is surely a suppression of fundamental human right, which I don't think anyone has the right to usurp authority.

I can tell you that some people are going to vigil to ask God for a chance to be on night shifts. And if they should have it, the vigils will stop. I was once in a church where the pastor wants everyone in church everyday so I left. Lastly, watch that young man who is very quick to fault Obi's statement, We shall see about him 8years from now. We can't make up for what Peter Obi said just because we think He goes to church and we've seen Him in vigils.. Now in the event that what Peter Obi said is what God's servant Apostle Mike is saying, then Peter Obi didn't communicate that well and maturely. Peter Obi is supposed to be a leader and especially leader of many audience. There are things you don't say the way He said it. His comment on the podcast didn't sound as a balance and it also did not sound as a correction that showed reverence to what He talked about(it rather obviously exaggerated and downgraded the body of matters He talked about) even if that was His aim. If you know and have been following Gods servant Apst Iren and Apst Mike, you know they are both balanced preachers who both Honour God, Spirituality and heralds productivity.. Infact in their comments, they both mention the place for productivity. However, the dominant issue is trying to exagerrate the problem or usefulness of a matter. There are many more known and obvious issues that obviously in place and not necessarily productive. There are Night clubs in Nigeria that functions everyday if not all as the name implies and what happens there obviously never bring any form of productivity both spiritually, mentally and physically. What is first of all the sure evidences that vigils are not priductive in any measure that should make it be replaced or make a leader sound such comments about it atleast without a proof of its unproductivity. I think even naturally, it wasn't well representing for a leader to mention such sensitive matter with an obvious sentiments.. And the issue proofed itself. Many He was trying to reach weren't able get the message He is passing or the messgae we trying to believe He is passing because He didn't communicate/deliver it like a leader that showed reverence for the matter He raised. Even me will see myself funny tryying to say either of the Apostles are wrong because I know they are sincerely trying to bring a balance.. You see them both sincerely reverencing Peter Obi right. Even if someone chooses to go for Vigils from Monday to Saturday, it doesn't mean they are unproductive; they could be working during day.
